Checking in: Please pull into the spots marked "check in parking" and proceed to the customer service center. A Pride staff member will handle your luggage from your car to the shuttle van.

Important information
Located minutes away from Chicago O’Hare International airport and has a free shuttle service that runs to and from the airport. The shuttle service runs on demand, so check your confirmation email for contact details. Due to COVID-19, the shuttle runs on demand and all customers must call Pride Airport Parking to confirm their booking at least 1 hour before arriving at the parking lot. We ask you to wear face masks on the shuttle. For checking in, please pull into the ‘Check in parking’ spots and go to the customer service. Please bring a copy of your reservation confirmation.
