The shuttle service runs 24/7, but due to COVID-19, the shuttle service has been suspended. You can still park your car in the parking lot of Crowne Plaza O’Hare but you have to arrange your own transport to and from O’Hare International Airport. Please check ‘Accessibility’ for more information about the shuttle service. When you arrive, please proceed to the hotel lobby to check in for your parking spot.
