The Crowne Plaza O’Hare parking lot is located 1.5 miles from O’Hare International Airport, which makes this parking lot a very suitable location to park your car close to O’Hare Airport. The shuttle service runs 24/7, but due to COVID-19, the shuttle service has been suspended. You can still park your car in the parking lot of Crowne Plaza O’Hare but you have to arrange your own transport to and from O’Hare International Airport. Please check ‘Accessibility’ for more information about the shuttle service. When you arrive, please proceed to the hotel lobby to check in for your parking spot.

We suggest you arrive at the airport 2 hours preflight. Make sure to arrive at the parking location of Crowne Plaza O’Hare on time.

The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm.

Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour. Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.

There is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes and :50min past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions.
