Please request shuttle in advance by calling the hotel, space is limited.
Shuttle runs 7 AM TO 11 PM daily. Shuttle runs on top of the hour. Last pick up is at 10:30 PM.
Call (847) 593-8600 when at the airport to arrange for a shuttle pick up
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
Important information
Located minutes from O’Hare International Airport, the parking lot of Best Western O’Hare North has a convenient location to park your car when you need to be at the airport of O’Hare. Normally a shuttle service runs 24/7 to and from the airport, but due to COVID-19 the shuttle has been temporarily discontinued. You have to arrange your own transport to the airport and to the parking lot of Best Western O’Hare North/Elk Grove Village. Check the tab ‘Accessibility for more information about the shuttle service. There are no extra charges for oversized cars or large SUVs. It is not necessary to book a room in Best Western at O’Hare North.
