The overall service was fast and good. No issue observed. Parking area needs some work to fix pot holes, but would park there again....

Initial drop off was a little odd. Person at the desk was evidently not aware of how to handle this prebooked parking, but was probably just "new." Thankfully another worker intervened and after a mildly rocky start, it went reasonably smoothly thereafter. The driver, both dropping off at the airport and picking up, was the best part of the experience - he was both friendly and engaging. Overall, it's not your typical parking experience, but on the whole it worked fine, and the price was good considering they drop off and pick up.

The laQuinta staff was professional and polite. The transportation van was clean and driven by the manager. There was some difficulty with the staff finding our reservation for the return pickup from O'Hare but it all worked out.

You get what you pay for. While the price was right there are multiple reasons why I won’t park here again. The area I parked my car backside of the hotel didn’t seem very secure nor under much watch by anyone. After returning back from my 7 day trip my car was extremely dirty. I’m not sure why. While I indicated the time I would need the shuttle ride, both times they were over full bad planning??. On the way back from the airport at 9:15 at night multiple customers were left at the airport for at least an additional
30 mins. They had already taken twice as long to get there than what I was told when I called upon our arrival at the pick up spot. My daughter even said at one point, “I don’t feel safe.” I do feel she was safe but the customers were getting very angry. There was yelling and swearing. The driver and desk person I dealt with were very kind.

When you arrive at the La Quinta Inn, you will first check in at the front office before parking. Please have your reservation confirmation (printed or on your smartphone), photo ID, and a debit/credit card for check-in purposes. Once you have been checked in, you can park your vehicle and then wait in the lobby or outside for the shuttle. The driver will bring you to your needed ORD Airport Terminal. The airport shuttle runs from the hotel at the top of every hour from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Upon arrival and after getting your bags, please follow the signs to the airport "shuttle center" in front of the Hilton hotel. Call La Quinta Inn to request pick-up, and continue to door #3 at the Airport's "bus and shuttle center." For travelers arriving at the International terminal, please proceed to door 5E in the international terminal for pick-up.Shuttle pick-ups are on demand and wait times can be anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. Please be aware that if you are running late, you will need to call the hotel directly to inform them.
