Due to COVID-19, the shuttle service has been brought to a minimum. Sometimes you have to arrange your own transport to the airport. Check ‘Accessibility’ for more updates about the shuttle service. Westin Crystal City is very close to DCA airport. The parking lot is an underground garage for maximum comfort and safety. There are no extra costs charged for oversized vehicles. The exit of the parking lot is automated, so please bring your printed or digital parking ticket when you arrive.

Westin Crystal City parking is a covered and secured parking garage, so your car is parked safely while you are traveling. Parking at Westin Crystal City is for airport travelers only. Hotel guests must purchase a parking spot directly through the hotel.

Staff is available 24/7 in the parking lot and in the hotel. The best parking option is shuttle parking: take the shuttle to the airport and then be picked up when you return from your trip. You can cancel your reservation for free.

Shuttle starts at 4:30 am every 30 min; Last shuttle is 10:30 pm.

Terminal 1 proceed outside and locate sign saying hotel shuttles

Terminal 2 go to baggage claim level shuttle will stop at door 4 and door 7
