Instructions
To enter garage click on the ticket button, validate ticket with front desk for exit
Shuttle starts at 4:30 am every 30 min; Last shuttle is 10:30 pm.
Terminal 1 proceed outside and locate sign saying hotel shuttles
Terminal 2 go to baggage claim level shuttle will stop at door 4 and door 7
Guests have to call Westin for pickup (703-486-1111).
Guests may have to pay for Uber/Lyft to/from airport if shuttle is not available
Garage exit is automated and unattended so we encourage all customers to validate their parking ticket up on arrival
Important information
Due to COVID-19, the shuttle service has been brought to a minimum. Sometimes you have to arrange your own transport to the airport. Check ‘Accessibility’ for more updates about the shuttle service. Westin Crystal City is very close to DCA airport. The parking lot is an underground garage for maximum comfort and safety. There are no extra costs charged for oversized vehicles. The exit of the parking lot is automated, so please bring your printed or digital parking ticket when you arrive.
