Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria (DCA)

Located minutes away from Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) Airport is Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria. There are nice parking spaces available for airport travelers. It is not necessary to reserve a hotel room to park here. The parking lot is covered and underground. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport included with your online reservation. However, the shuttle through COVID-19 is temporarily out of service. It is therefore important that you arrange your own transport to and from the airport.

Bring a printed version of your reservation and place it on your dashboard. Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria has an indoor parking lot. Your car will be parked safely here.

In addition to the shuttle service, you can use the electric vehicle charging stations. You can cancel your reservation for free.

Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival.

A reservation confirmation tag will be provided, park your car in parking Level P2 and place tag on dashboard inside the vehicle after it's been parked where it can be read clearly. Please make sure you park in the parking garage Level P2 to avoid being towed.

Shuttle runs from the Hotel starting 7:00 AM until 10:30 PM (last Shuttle at 10:30)

Pickups from the airport are on demand. Call (703) 836-4700, option 1 information about shuttle, option 7 to join front desk for them to send shuttle.

Pleaseb precise your airline to front desk as the pick up zone is different depending on your airline/terminal.

No Shuttle from 11 PM up to 7 AM

Outside of shuttle hours, guests must arrange their own transportation to/from the airport.

When you exit the facility please press the button to speak to the lobby and mention your reservation number. They will buzz you out of the parking lot. Do not pay again at the lot with your ticket.
