DoubleTree is located minutes away from Oklahoma City Airport. With the shuttle service, you will be at the airport in no time. The DoubleTree runs 6AM - 10AM on demand to the airport. You can also be picked up from the airport. Please take a look at ‘Accessibility’ for the most current information about the shuttle service. No extra charges for large cars or SUV’s. You don’t have to book a hotel room if you want to park in the parking lot of DoubleTree.

The parking lot of DoubleTree Oklahoma City Airport is secured so your car is parked safely. Please arrive at the parking lot on time.

DoubleTree has a free cancellation policy. You can enter the parking lot with a wheelchair. Check ‘Accessibility’ for more information about the shuttle service.

DoubleTree shuttle runs from 6AM - 10PM hourly to the airport and pickups hourly within shuttle hours. No shuttle after 10 PM up 6 AM.

if you show up 30 minutes before your flight, there is not enough time to wait for the shuttle and get to the airport. Airports suggest arriving 2 hours prior to flight; therefore, please arrive at the lot before the 2 hour window.
