Instructions
Access to our parking garage is controlled via a QR code system. Upon booking a parking reservation, you will receive a QR code. To enter and exit the garage, simply scan the QR code at the designated scanner at the entry and exit points.
Our parking garage consists of 5 floors, with the 5th floor serving as a rooftop parking area.
Indoor Parking: Indoor parking may NOT always be guaranteed, particularly during peak times. You may be directed to park on the rooftop.
Clearance: The maximum vehicle height for entry is 7 feet. Please ensure your vehicle meets this requirement.
Shuttles run every 30 minutes starting at the top of the hour.
Pickup Location: The shuttle departs from the designated shuttle area on the ground floor.
Airport Pickup:
Airport pickups are available on demand. Please call (602) 273-7778 for pickup.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
Important information
Crowne Plaza Phoenix airport parking is located just minutes from the PHX airport. It is an indoor parking lot, but when it is busy you may be directed to an outdoor area. A shuttle service runs 24/7 to and from the airport and increases the convenience of parking at Phoenix Airport. What is also useful to know is that it is not necessary to reserve a hotel room at Crowne Plaza to park here. There is staff on site 24/7.
