SureStay Plus (RNO)

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is within walking distance of SureStay's parking lot. There is also a shuttle available 4 AM-7AM. Outside these hours you are responsible for your own transport, or you walk to the airport. Be sure to bring a printed copy of your reservation confirmation. You don't have to book a SureStay Plus Reno hotel room to park here.

Come to the parking lot of SureStay more than two hours before your flight. Then you know for sure that you can check in, take the shuttle to Reno Airport and catch your flight.

A free shuttle service is included with your reservation, which runs to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport during operational hours. Do you want to cancel your reservation? You can do this for free.

A printed copy of your reservation is required to be presented to the front desk to receive a parking pass.
Leaving without getting a pass will result in towing or booting at owners expense with no refund or compenation.

Shuttle runs on demand 24/7 & does not have scheduled times.

Allow for time to complete parking registration form, get pass, park and be transported to the airport, we suggest 30 minutes.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2-hour window, we suggest an extra 30 minutes.
The reservation is NOT intended for use as a drop and pick up lot for commercial purposes (rental cars, etc.)
