Instructions
Shuttle runs 6:00 AM - 12:30 AM, every 30 minutes (on the hour and 1/2 hour) to the airport and every 30 minutes for pickups from the airport. Must arrive 10 minutes prior to shuttle departure.
No shuttle to/from airport between 12:30 AM - 6:00AM.
Upon arrival at airport, please call hotel (919-941-6000) for pickup after you have retrieved your luggage and to get further instructions as to where to stand to catch the shuttle. (Zone depends on which airline you used.)
Please bring bring a proof of booking (confirmation on your device or printed) and license plate information to the front desk when checking in.
Important information
You can park your car close to Raleigh-Durham International Airport with DoubleTree Raleigh-Durham airport. The shuttle runs 6:00-12:30 AM every 30 minutes to and from the airport. For pickup, please contact the parking lot after you have received your luggage. The shuttle service is free. There are no extra charges for large cars. Bring a confirmation of your booking, digital or printed.
