Additionally, the Red Roof Plus follows state mandated COVID-19 protocols which include: employees wearing masks, 6 feet distance between employees and patrons, and sanitize stations in public areas.

From Red Roof to IAH Airport
When you arrive at the Red Roof, you will park your car before checking in at the front desk. Please have your reservation confirmation (printed or on your smartphone) and photo ID for check-in purposes. Following this you would simply need to order a taxi, Uber, Lyft or other ride-sharing service to go to IAH Airport. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to when you want to be at the airport, to allow for any possible delays.

From IAH Airport to the Red Roof Plus
On your return from George Bush Houston Intercontinental Airport, and after you’ve collected your luggage, simply call a ride-sharing service and proceed to the hotel. Upon arrival go to the front desk to finalize your check out! Please be aware that if you are running late, you will need to call the hotel directly to inform them.
