No confirmation email received
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered during the reservation process once you have made a booking. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please do the following:
- To be sure, check your spam email box. Is the confirmation email not in your spam box? You can resend it to yourself by clicking on the following link:
- If you still haven’t received your confirmation email, you can contact our customer service during our opening times
- You can print and manage your booking by logging into your Parkos account on our website. Enter your email address and booking number and click on ‘Sign in’
In the confirmation email, you can find an overview of your reservation details, and the contact information of the parking. It confirms that the car park has received your booking and that a parking space has been reserved for you. Furthermore, you can find the directions to the parking location or meeting point (if you booked valet) in this email.
Please show your booking confirmation email at the check-in at the parking.

What return time should I fill in for my reservation?
When specifying your return time, please enter the expected time of the return of your flight, as indicated on your flight ticket.
Many of our partners ask you to contact them as soon as you collect your luggage, this can be done via the phone number in your confirmation email. They will give you additional information about the shuttle or valet pick up point.

What departure time should I fill in the reservation form?
When specifying your return time, we ask you to enter the precise landing time of your flight, which is indicated on your flight ticket. Many of our partners then ask you to contact them via the phone number on your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage. During the call, the parking will give you additional information about the shuttle or valet pick up point if necessary.

What arrival time should I fill in for my reservation?
When specifying your arrival time, please enter the time you expect to arrive at the parking in case of shuttle-parking or at the airport, or the time that you expect to arrive at the airport when you have a booking with valet parking.
We always recommend to arrive at least 2,5 hours before the time you need to check in for your flight at the airport. But always double-check the arrival time suggested by the airline and plan your arrival time accordingly.

How can I use my voucher discount code?
If you want to use your Parkos voucher discount code during check out, please copy and paste the discount code into the box that appears when you click on the blue text ‘Do you have a voucher?’. You can find this next or under the booking form, in the price overview of your booking. Vouchers are only valid for bookings that are paid in advance online.
If you are booking from a computer, this box will appear in the top right corner. When booking from a smartphone you will find this box on the reservation form below the name of the car park and the summary of your booking.
If you have made a reservation with the payment method ‘on spot’ and still wish to use the voucher, we recommend that you cancel your reservation and make a new reservation with an online payment on our website.
Please note! Parkos vouchers can only be used according to the terms and conditions stated in the email containing the discount code.

When will I receive my confirmation email?
Within a few seconds after completing your booking you’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address you used in the booking form.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 10 to 30 minutes please follow the steps reported below:
- Check if the confirmation email went to the spam folder
- Check if your mailbox storage capacity is reached
- Check if you have accidentally entered the wrong email address

How can I add extra services to my booking?
Our parking partners offer many different services that you can add to your booking, such as:

- the option to keep your keys,

You can easily add any of these services, if available, to your reservation during the checkout process by selecting them directly in the online booking form. The booking form will also display the prices for each additional service.

How do I fill in the reservation form at the check out?
Below you can find information to help you l while completing your reservation.
Your travel details
The travel dates and times are normally already extracted from your initial parking search. If you would like to make a standard booking, please select travel for 'leisure'. If you would like to make a booking for a business-related trip, please select travel for 'business to include relevant company information in this section. To know more about the difference between leisure and business reservation, please check the information reported in this article.
Your information
You will be asked to enter your details. Please make sure to fill in the correct email address as this will be the email address to which the confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed.
Number of people
This is not always required. In case it’s requested, please specify the number of people you’re arriving at the parking. This way the parking can plan the transfer to the airport with a shuttle. If the number of people is not possible to be selected, you have to add more people in the section 'extra service' for a small charge, or it means that it’s not possible to transport more people to the airport for that specific parking.
Vehicle information
You could be asked to enter your licence plate number and car model. This is important as some self-parking parking spaces work with an entry system with number plate recognition. Additionally, it is easier for parking employees to recognize your car during the valet vehicle handover if the car model and number are known.
Extra products
In the beginning of the extra product section, you will find the option to book the 'Base, Standard and Premium package'. The packages differ in terms of extra services, change and cancellation policies. Further information on the different packages can be found here. Other extra services that can be booked in this section are for example child seats, car washing, and others. The fee for the selected extra service(s) will be added to your total booking costs automatically.
Payment methods
You can select which payment method you would like to use. Please be aware that not every parking lot offers the same payment options. More information about payment methods can be found here.
To finalize your reservation, tick the two boxes below the payment methods and click on the orange button 'Complete reservation'. You will then be directed to the payment process and receive your confirmation email.

What arrival & return time should I fill in on the booking form?
Our parking partners organize the transport to and from the airport or the airport pick up, based on your arrival and return time.
Arrival time
Please enter the time you expect to arrive at the parking in case of shuttle-parking, or the time that you expect to arrive at the airport in case of a booking with valet-parking.
In both cases, we recommend to arrive at least 2,5 hours before the check-in time for your flight. Always check the arrival time suggested by the airline and plan your arrival accordingly.
Return time
Please enter the expected time of the return of your flight, as indicated on your flight ticket. Many of our partners ask you to contact them once you have collected your luggage on your return via the phone number in your confirmation email. Then the car park will give you additional information about the shuttle or valet pick-up point if necessary. You’ll find more detailed information about your arrival and return in your booking confirmation email.
Don’t know your arrival and return times
Don't worry if you don't know your exact arrival and return times yet. You can still make your reservation by entering the approximate times. When you know the exact times, you can enter them directly from the confirmation email you will receive once you have booked, by clicking on 'Then you can click here to change or cancel your reservation'. This information is important for the parking lot, so they know when to welcome you and your car. You can change your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival time at the parking lot.

How can I use the Parkos Friend Discount?
With our friend discount program, you receive €7,50 Parkos credit for every friend that books via your personal link. After their trip, you will receive the credit for your next reservation, while your friends will receive a 5% cashback on their booking.
This is how it works:
- Invite your friends to Parkos by sharing your personal link that you can find in your Parkos account.
- Your friends have to use your link to book their parking space.
- Within 10 days after your friends return from their trip, you will receive a credit of €7,50 for your next reservation. Your friends will receive a 5% refund directly to the account they used to pay for their reservation.
- To check your credit, go to your Parkos account and click on the 'Friend Benefits' section. When you scroll down, you find 'Your Parkos Credit'. Here you can see how much credit you have built up. Then click on 'Use my credit’ in order to use it for your next booking.

How to book the Park, Sleep & Fly service (1 night + parking)
The Park, Sleep & Fly service allows you to save time by reserving a room and a parking space at one facility. You can see if the service is available for your airport by selecting the option ‘Park-Sleep-Fly’ under the filter ‘Services’.
When making a reservation, you enter the day and time you would like to arrive at the hotel to check-in, and the day and time of your return flight. On the checkout page you will be asked to enter your outbound and return flight number (or the destination of your trip and the origin of your return) as the shuttle provider needs this information to arrange your transfer to and from the airport.
Further, you enter the rest of your personal information on the check out page and proceed with the booking. You will receive the booking confirmation email within a few seconds. Please make sure to show your booking confirmation email at the check-in of the hotel.

Can I book by phone, email or chat?
Reservations can only be made through our website. We don’t accept reservations via customer service by phone, email or chat.
Because the availability and prices of our offers are automatically updated in our system and can change. Furthermore, this is due to data protection reasons regarding the payment of your booking.

My online payment is not accepted, what should I do?
If your payment fails, try one of these solutions:
- Double check whether all fields of the booking form have been filled in correctly
- Try to book again via another device such as your PC, laptop or tablet. Otherwise, we suggest using a different browser
- Contact the card issuer or your bank for further assistance in case you ran out of credit or have changed security settings for online payments
Booking not successful?
If the booking still does not succeed, we recommend you to choose another payment method. You can filter the payment methods on the offer comparison page. If a payment is successful, you will receive the confirmation email within a few seconds after completing your booking.Please note that your booking is not successful until you receive a booking confirmation by email. Is it possible to park with a van or a camper?
If you are traveling with a van, a minivan, a camper or anything that is larger than a car, you can find the relevant information on our website by clicking on the button ‘More information’ and scroll down to ‘Location’. Furthermore, you can see if there is a surcharge for the size of your parking space.
Sometimes it is possible to select the option ‘Larger vehicle’ in the booking form. If an extra fee needs to be paid directly on site for the oversized vehicle, it will be stated on our website.

How much does long term parking cost?
To find out more about the price of parking at a particular airport, visit the Parkos website, select the airport and enter your travel dates. Our website will automatically sort all parking options based on price, with the most cost-effective options listed first. To further refine your search, use the filters.. The prices can differ per date, and can change due to availability.
That’s why we advise you to book in advance of your travel date, particularly during peak periods such as holidays, to secure availability and take advantage of the most favorable prices.

What to do when my flight times are still unknown?
You don’t know your exact flight times yet but would like to book your parking spot already? Even if you do not know your flight details yet, you can still make a reservation on our Parkos website.
In this case, you can simply enter the time of your expected arrival at the car park and the arrival time of your return flight. Nevertheless, it is very important to edit your reservation as soon as you know your flight time. This will allow the car park to properly prepare the staff for your arrival.
It is important to note that our website's prices can change. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the price of your booking will not change while making adjustments.

What to do when my flight details are still unknown?
No problem! It’s possible to make a reservation on our website when you don't know your exact flight details yet.
In this case, you can simply fill in the name of the airport of your departure and landing, instead of the flight numbers.
As soon as you know the flight numbers, we ask you to add them to your booking details by editing your reservation. You can do this via the link in your confirmation email.

When should I book my parking space?
To ensure you get the best price and parking spot, we advise you to book your parking space in advance.
We recommend you to book your parking spot at least two days in advance, as some parking providers may be already fully booked. During peak times, such as holidays, we recommend that you book your parking spot at least three days in advance.
We understand that this is not always possible, no problem, some of our parking partners accept bookings made up to 3 hours before arrival.

How can I make a reservation?
To reserve a parking spot on our website, select your departure airport, fill in your travel dates and click on the button ‘Search parking spots’. You will be directed to the parking comparison page that will show you all available parkings and their prices for the period of your journey.
You can now choose the offer that suits you best by using the filters found at the top of the page. You can filter the results by, for example, indoor and outdoor parking or shuttle service and valet service. After selecting a provider, you will be asked to fill in your personal details on the booking form. Once you have successfully completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Here you will find all the details of your parking spot and your reservation, as well as a confirmation of your arrival and departure dates.
You must take the confirmation email with you when you arrive at the car park. If you have not received it after booking, we recommend that you follow the procedure listed here.
You can also change or cancel your reservation via your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your departure date.

Can I show the car park the booking confirmation on my phone?
Yes, of course. You can print the PDF of your confirmation email or you can show it on your laptop, tablet or mobile phone at the check in at the car park, on your arrival day.
The confirmation email serves as proof of your reservation for the parking provider. You’ll receive this email after making a reservation.

How do I know if my booking was successful?
Once a booking is complete, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your reservation number. After receiving the confirmation, a parking spot has been reserved for you. If you don't receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes, please follow the procedures described in this article.
If you are unable to complete the booking, please check if all data has been entered correctly and that all fields have been filled in. We recommend making your booking from a desktop or laptop computer. Otherwise, try using a different browser. You could also try choosing a different payment method if possible, such as 'Pay on spot’. The problem may be related to the payment method you have chosen.

Can I book a parking spot for multiple cars at once?
Yes, this is possible. When making the reservation, you first need to complete the journey details in the reservation form with your personal information. Underneath your details, you will find the link ‘Add extra vehicle'. By clicking on it, you can fill out the details of the second vehicle, you can do this for a maximum of nine cars. Every car will get its own reservation number, so there will never be two cars mentioned in one confirmation email.
Please note: If you enter a different name and email address for the additional car, then the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered for the second car.
