To access your account, log in using the link provided in your confirmation email or through the 'Sign in' link located at the top right on parkos.com. If you need to make changes within 24 hours before your arrival at the parking provider, or during the period of your reservation, please contact the parking provider directly via the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

If anything changes in your trip within 24 hours before your arrival at the parking or during the weekend, inform the parking directly, by the phone number that can be found in your confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, please refer to this article.
