Located less than 10 minutes from the airport, customers can expect to have a quick and easy ride. The shuttles run between 2 PM and 9 PM daily. If you need to be at EWR outside of these hours, you will need to arrange alternative transportation. Hampton Inn's Park, Sleep, & Fly Double room package includes a 1 night stay with up to 7 days of parking. This room package has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. If you need more people in the room, it will be an extra $10 fee (per each additional guest). Please Note: No oversize vehicles are allowed to park at the hotel.

The parking lot at Hampton Inn is gated and lighted. It's also monitored by a security guard. Customers can keep their keys to ensure no one else drives your car. Please Note: The hotel is not liable for damage or theft of customer vehicle.

Arrival

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check-in at reception before parking your car. Make sure to bring your reservation confirmation number, Driver's license/photo ID, and a valid credit/debit card (the hotel does also accept cash as payment). Once you have been checked in and settled the hotel bill, the staff will provide you with your room key and a parking pass, indicating your return date. Please be aware, the shuttle only runs between 2 pm and 9 pm. Please note: there is an additional $100 incidental security due at check-in; in case any damage , smoking in the room, etc. Upon guest check out, the security deposit will be put back on your own credit card immediately by the hotel, however, the money will take between 3 to 10 days to show on your account (depending on your bank).

Return

When you return to EWR, you will need to collect your luggage from the baggage claim and take the AirTrain to P4. Once at P4, you will call the hotel for pick up and be taken back to the hotel.
