Shuttle parking
Every 20 minutes, a shuttle bus takes customers from the car park to Schiphol Airport and vice versa. The driver will be more than happy to assist you with your luggage.
Automotel is a very secure and safe parking provider. When you park your car at Automotel, it will be watched over day and night by Automotel staff. In addition, the car park is provided with CCTV and is well lit. The area is fenced off and the entrance is protected by a barrier.
Every car will be checked for damage on arrival. Automotel staff are insured according to their own Terms and Conditions.
Automotel offers a waiting area and disabled bays. The shuttle bus is easily accessible for wheelchair users.
Automotel offers various car washing packages, which you can add to your reservation at the time of booking.

Indoor parking
The Automotel parking garage can be found at Middenweg 6, accessible from the A4 and 7 kilometers from Schiphol. Use the Parkos routeplanner to easily find the parking garage.
Please call Automotel 30 minutes prior to your arrival, so that they can get ready for you. On arrival, drive into the grounds and take a ticket from the barrier and carry on to the entrance of the garage. Attention: keep your ticket safe, as you will need it when you return.
At the entrance of the parking garage you wil see signs with ‘’hier melden’’ ("report here"). This is where the driver will meet and assist you further. If no staff member is present, please call. After you have parked, you catch the shuttle bus to Schiphol Airport.
The bus will be waiting for you at the entrance. It is a large city bus and will take you to Schiphol Airport in less than ten minutes.
Outdoor parking
If you are using SatNav, please use: Middenweg 7 in Aalsmeer, 11 kilometers from Schiphol Airport. You will recognize the parking by the orange signs with 'parkeerservice' written on it. Use the Parkos routeplanner to plan your route.
Drive up to the parking grounds and wait at the barrier, where a staff member will meet you. Together you will inspect your car for any damage, after which you will park it.
The shuttle bus will be waiting for you to the left of the entrance and will take you to Schiphol Airport in less than ten minutes.
Departure
Indoor parking
When you return from your journey, please call Automotel once you have landed. They will make sure that the shuttle bus departs for the airport. Please walk to the busses/taxis and wait at Busstop A15, from where the shuttle bus will depart. Staff can be recognized by their Met & Co clothing.
Outdoor parking
On return, please call Automotel once you have collected your luggage. A shuttle bus will collect you from Arrivals Hall 3, revolving door 3, second lane. This can be found on the first floor of Arrivals Hall 3.
If you need to shorten or extend your stay abroad, then please call Automotel. Any extra costs incurred can be paid for in cash when you return.
